Service Level Agreement (SLA) – GradX Academy Career Services
Effective Date: Upon student acceptance and submission of the Income Share Agreement (ISA)
Parties Involved:
- Service Provider: GradX Academy
- Service Recipient: The enrolled student under the ISA program
1. Services Covered
GradX Academy agrees to provide the following career support services to eligible students:
- Personalized mentorship and career guidance
- Resume building and optimization support
- Naukri profile creation and optimization review
- LinkedIn profile optimization and referral strategies
- Project explanation sessions for interview prep, including domain-based project walkthroughs
- Interview notes and question banks for preparation
- Company-wise question bank and scenario-based questions for targeted prep
- Mock interviews and skill assessment sessions
- Interview feedback analysis and recommendations
- Placement opportunity referrals and assistance via partner recruiters, job boards, and internal networks
- Career support until the student is placed or 18 months from training completion, whichever is earlier
2. Student Responsibilities
The student agrees to actively participate and cooperate in the placement process by:
- Providing timely updates about any interview calls or recruiter conversations
- Filling out interview feedback forms as and when required
- Actively participating in mock interviews, preparation sessions, and guidance calls
- Attending placement follow-up sessions conducted by the GradX placement team
- Sharing accurate information regarding placement status, offers, and compensation
3. Service Timeline
Career services will be provided:
- Only after successful completion of the consent and signing process
- For a period of up to 18 months from the end of the training program, or until the student is placed, whichever is earlier

GradX will generally respond to student queries within 2–3 working days.
5. Termination
Career services may be terminated immediately under the following conditions:
- If the student breaches the Income Share Agreement (ISA)
- If the student deliberately hides, falsifies, or delays placement information
- If the student does not cooperate with the placement process, or refuses to participate in key activities without a valid reason
In such cases, GradX Academy reserves the right to terminate career services and revoke placement support without refund or further obligation.
6. Governing Law
This SLA is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration as per the ISA terms and will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
