GradX Academy – Refund Policy

1. Refund Request Window

Students can request a refund within 4 calendar days from the date of payment.
Requests submitted after 4 days will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are applicable only for payments made for course enrollment.
Students must provide all relevant details:

  • Name

  • Enrollment ID

  • Payment Receipt

  • Course Name

3. Non-Eligible Cases

GradX Academy does not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • If the student has breached the Income Share Agreement (ISA).

  • If the student deliberately hides, falsifies, or delays placement-related information.

  • If the student does not cooperate with the placement process.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for enrollment.
